Yoga is a word from Sanskrit (Old Indian), In Dutch we could translate the word as "connect". It is a philosophy, way of life and practice that is about, as you can guess from its name, connecting and balancing all the layers of our existence that seem opposite (mind and body, inside and outside, tension and relaxation, etc.), to eventually arrive at a natural state of being, in which life can be experienced in its wholeness. Yoga teaches us about body and mind, and to balance mind and consciousness. The exercises give strength and energy and provide an overall pleasant feeling of relaxation. Especially in our hectic 21st century, yoga is a good way to allow rest and relaxation. Yoga can be a good way for you to find some more balance and peace. Further dates will follow.
